In my top ten favorite PAC songs: “Representin 93’”.
This song is epic to me because it’s obvious that the first verse is written. It’s obvious that the second verse was an outtake so good, it made the hard copy. Now the third verse… The third verse is the first time (Ray Charles did it first) that I’ve heard an artist alter their voice to give the illusion that’s there’s another artist on the track. This song is why I got into Quasimoto. Madlib knows.
Chris Senn in Jump of a Building. This ender was always tight to me because it’s in the old neighborhood. I bombed this one day and ran out of one shoe and sock. The left shoe and sock were still on.
Evidence of life.
What happened here? Did this track fall to the floor by accident or was snatched out? Its thought provoking.
This guy is responsible for one of my fav skate/street videos ever. Look it up. Always good to cross paths. #ian_reid
This is my personal version of Moby Dick. I spotted this thing once and I’ve been searching for it ever since.
"The hardest working man in show business". I can’t wait for his movie to drop. The most epic YouTube vid I’ve seen is James Brown rocking the Apollo and realizing that both Michael Jackson and Prince are in the audience. He summons them both to the stage and they comply. Prince is a bit twisted but still kills it. Check it out. It really happened. #jamesbrown
The power of video:
Unfortunately I lost my pops in 2007 and since then I collect all of the photos of him I can get my hands on but I have no video. I was watching tv the other day and HBO was playing this movie named “Nine Months” with Hugh Grant and Julianne Moore. I had forgotten about the movie because it’s an easy movie to forget. But I remember my dad was an extra in it, mostly because he was just bored that day. 1995. It’s priceless to me to be able to see the way he walked and moved. It’s also a trip that he’s in the bike shop section. He’s the guy with the beret pretending to be busy. #nine_months
Sorry guys but I have to put up another angle of this. These kids wheeling by us put the nail in the coffin for an unforgettable century from bk to phila. You can’t plan this type of thing. @igeiland @black_zuckerberg @chrome_industries
Coming into Philly, I can’t lie…I was tired. These dudes rode up next to us and lets us know how hard they were on bikes. Boosted my energy level like 10 notches. #welcometophilly
